This is more than a management role—it's your chance to bring people together, build belonging, and grow professionally while delivering projects that matter.
Position Overview:

- Managing project budgets, team resources, and ensuring the highest standard of delivery.
Skills & Experience Required:
- A degree in Chemical Engineering, or a Mechanical Engineering discipline. Postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.
- 15+ years of consulting/design experience.
- A collaborative approach to leadership and problem-solving. Chartered Engineer (CPEng) status (or ability to attain within 6 months).
- Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex projects.
- Technical expertise in water, defence and/or industrial infrastructure, complemented by a well-connected business network in SA to help strengthen and grow our local capability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire others.
