**About Us**: Based in Sydney, BlazeCut is a European manufacture of fire suppression systems in a wide range of industries, committed to delivering top-quality products and services to our clients worldwide. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Internal Sales Representative based in our Sydney office to join our team and help further expand our business in the South American market.

**Role Overview**: As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be mainly responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with B2B clients across South America. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- **CRM Management**: Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales and marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Engineering background or technical aptitude preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
