Position:
As a Casual NDIS Accounts and Support Assistant, you will play a key role in managing both client intake and financial administration tasks within our team. Your responsibilities will include supporting NDIS participants with intake processes, service agreements, and portal administration, alongside managing invoicing, debt collection, and financial compliance tasks. This role is based in our office, where you will collaborate closely with clients, families, and other stakeholders, ensuring an efficient and professional experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee client data management and maintain updated service agreement templates in line with NDIS and organisational standards.
- Handle NDIS-related client queries, manage the NDIS PRODA portal, and ensure accurate client plan administration, including bookings and updates.
- Track client plan details, monitor compliance, and ensure timely NDIS claims and invoicing accuracy.
- Manage invoicing, outstanding payments, and debt collection while providing clear financial communication to clients and stakeholders.
- Reconcile accounts, maintain financial records, and generate reports to support financial operations. Follow internal financial policies and NDIS guidelines, foster positive client relationships, and collaborate with the team for continuous improvement.

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 24 per week
