**Who are we looking for?**

We’re looking for an **Open Roads Designer/3D Modeller **to join our supportive and inclusive Aviation and Highways team in **Victoria **. The core focus of this role will be as a designer on multi-disciplinary projects using OpenRoads, Microstation and other design and drafting software. These tasks will involve various levels of scope and complexity ranging from conceptual design at project inception through to construction.

**Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Coordination of technical inputs from across the design team.
- Design of associated civil structures such as roads, ramps, and drainage structures
- Prepare design concept drawings and ideas for discussion and conceptual development.
- Preparation of design models, suitable for model federation and digital issue to our end clients and for construction purposes.
- Modelling of pavement designs for incorporation into the overall design package

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering (e.g., Bachelor of Technology, Associate Degree, or similar) and have a passion for civil infrastructure design
- A passion for design - Proficient in OpenRoads Designer
- Minimum 3 years industry experience, preferably in consulting
- Direct knowledge and design experience in the design of general road and civil infrastructure;
- Able to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, including delegation of workload to junior team members
