**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Active participation in all aspects of the project delivery activities
- Develop and or clarify Business, Technical and testing requirements
- Define requirements and solutions of Legacy to Cloud Migration
- Design, build and maintain customer specific Cloud Services
- Define benefits and risks of Cloud / Legacy hybrid state
- Develop and deliver
- Clear and concise Documentation (i.e., Requirements analyses, recommendations, Status reports etc)
- Clearly defined Work Packages
- Clearly defined Automation opportunities and where necessary deliver POC's to outline the solution and highlight benefits
- Release work instructions
- Ensure testing covers off the specific aspects of the solution
- Identify and define test cases for system and integration testing
- Defect analysis

In addition, the role will be fundamental to ongoing Cloud management process creation and automation, cost strategy and ongoing cost management processes, and will be expected to make a significant contribution toward defining future Cloud strategies, PaaS and Cloud based infrastructure and architecture solutions and offerings.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with System or Business analysis
- Minimum of 5 years' experience finding and fixing critical, customer facing production issues.
- Demonstrable, extensive experience
- Microsoft Azure cloud service administrator / analyst,
- Designing, managing and/or implementing cloud cost management strategies
- Utilising infrastructure configuration and automations processes and tools: Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, Chef, Fabric.
- Experience with different databases, including working knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, SQL PaaS, relational data stores.
- Strong understanding of industry standards for building services in IaaS/PaaS/SaaS in Cloud environments.
- Experience and ability to conduct testing activities in an agile environment under a specific time frame

**Optional**:

- Exposure to Cloud functionalities
- Relevant Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect qualifications
- Knowledge about System Stability and Performance
- Knowledge of Vlocity - CPQ functionality (nice to have)
- Experience with API testing
- Experience building an automated testing capability
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experienced in JavaScript, Java, Selenium or C#

**General**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within distributed team composed of people from multiple countries and time zones (Europe, US, India)
- Ability to work within a highly specialised team environment

**Education**:

- Tertiary education in IT is preferred i.e., Bachelor's Degree with technical major such as Engineering or Computer Science

**Security**:

- Ability to successfully obtain these clearances and pass the suitability screening will be a condition of an ongoing employment.
