**About the position**
In terms of food, Wests New Lambton Restaurants are home to dining options including Chophouse Grill, Emerald Gardens, Lure, as well as Breakfast on the Terrace.
**Chophouse Grill**:

- For those big, meaty American flavours cooked to perfection, dine at Chophouse Grill.
**Emerald Gardens**:

- Wander through the beautiful brass gates and discover a world of authentic Asian cuisine.

We have exciting opportunities for passionate Food and Beverage staff: Dinner Wait Staff - Chophouse and Emerald Garden

These casual positions will require availability for a variety of shifts across a 7 day roster. Availability on weekends and during seasonal peaks (summer, public holiday and school holiday periods) is essential.
Certifications required**:RSA.**

**About you**
We are seeking passionate Food and Beverage staff with table service experience gained within a restaurant environment. For our Bartender opportunity, good knowledge of wine, or exposure to presenting wine in a restaurant setting, as well as experience in mixing a wide variety of cocktails, will be highly regarded. You will have exceptional customer service skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to retain your high standards in a busy position.
