**Your new company**
Hays is working exclusively with its client, a key presence of the Australian Government. The client is a small to moderately sized branch of Government, with 75 employees across a wide Technology team. The client has over 120-years of impact in Australian history and is a highly regarded place to work.
**Your new role**
As Service Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role, ensuring all employees of the business are able to successfully undertake the duties of their role within a safe, secure and suitable environment.
The IT Team manages the client end user computing, server/storage infrastructure, network and WAN services as well as AV system and portable devices.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial:
- Working collaboratively with less experience team members
- Effective Time Management skills in the face of a high pressure work environment
- Development of work standards
- Oversight of ticket/request system
- Tertiary Qualifications in IT (desirable)
- ITIL certs (desirable)
