**The Opportunity**

Home Care Workers provide a range of care and support services to clients in their own homes. Depending on your experience level, this can include personal care as well as domestic assistance and social services. This might include meal preparation, help with housework, transportation, and shopping (accompanied & unaccompanied).

**About You**
You are a caring and reliable person who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of older people in our community through becoming a Home Care Worker. In addition, you have:

- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or equivalent (including 2nd or 3rd year Nursing Students)
- Previous experience working as a care worker within the aged care or community care sector providing personal care or a passion to get started in this field
- Good communication skills and take care to build a rapport with people
- Current Australian Drivers Licence with a reliable, registered, and CTP insured car
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination including booster and current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
- A desire to help make a difference to the lives of older people by enabling them to live independently as valued members of the community.
