The projects are not difficult to understand or consult around as they're already templated and not totally unique, they're centered around defined workflows common to most businesses in a particular sector.

We need a driven and proactive professional who is a quick learner and will thrive in driving and managing a diverse portfolio of projects, while actively engaging with clients to assist them in implementing and adopting Microsoft technologies. Other things we need or want:

- Some infrastructure knowledge of Servers and corporate networks
- MSP or similar time based billing environment experience (highly preferred)
- Reasonable understanding in M365 (Azure AD, Sharepoint - some exposure here is required)

Attention to detail, doing a job well, and being on top of your game technically are all essential attributes for this role. You will need to have outstanding communication skills, be able to work in a team and couple this with solid, broad tech skills. If you work for or have worked for a Managed Services Provider or IT company supporting small and medium sized businesses then you are in the box seat for this role.
