Hyper-v Expert

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, configure, and manage **Hyper-V environments** (clusters, VMs, replication, failover).
- Manage **Windows Server environments** (2016/2019/2022).
- Perform **server migrations, upgrades, and patch management**.
- Configure and maintain **Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies**.
- Ensure **server backup, disaster recovery, and high availability**.
- Troubleshoot complex server and virtualization issues.
- Work with **firewalls, storage systems, and networking** to support server infrastructure.
- Provide **technical documentation and support** to internal teams.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Strong expertise in **Microsoft Hyper-V** (including clustering & replication).
- Proven experience with **Windows Server administration** (2016/2019/2022).
- Solid knowledge of **Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs**.
- Hands-on experience with **server backups (Veeam or similar)**.
- Knowledge of **storage (SAN/NAS/iSCSI) and networking fundamentals**.
- Experience with **security best practices** in server environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred (Nice to Have)**:

- Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or Azure-related).
- Experience with **Azure Hybrid / Cloud integrations**.
- Familiarity with **VMware** or other virtualization platforms.
- Knowledge of **firewalls and endpoint protection solutions**.

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
