**FULL TIME ADMIN ASSISTANT BASED IN KWINANA BEACH PERTH**

We are looking for a highly expert Admin Professional to work for a Global Resource Brand in Kwinana Perth
Immediate Start
$70K per year

**Qualifications**:

- Business or Administrative Tertiary Qualification would be an advantage
- At least 5 years relevant work experience
- Hold and maintain a current driver’s licence

Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ administration experience ideally in a customer service environment.
- Knowledge of Navision
- Solid understanding and experience with stock management of liquids.
- Knowledge and proficiency in computerised systems.
- Basic fuel terminal operating experience.
- Petroleum industry knowledge.
- Experience in maintaining inventory registers and databases.
- Demonstrated stock management and reconciliation skills; able to investigate stock losses and maintain accurate stock control systems.
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and oral communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Time management skills.
- Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated understanding and management of database systems
- Proficiency in current Microsoft Office suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude.
- Ability to use own initiative and work autonomously.
- Ability to work as a team player and contribute to the team’s success.
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours to reconcile stocks to meet monthly deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual, Temp to perm

**Salary**: $69,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Kwinana Beach, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
