We foster a "people first" culture where both Participant's and Team Members are highly valued. We are seeking four kind and insightful **Female** Support Workers preferably in the 20s - early 30s age group due to our influx of young female Participant's. Each have their own challenges and all require individualised 1:1 support. Shift times will vary for each Participant, however they will all be consistent and regular. - Our Participant's will need your assistance with:_ - Activities of daily living. - Community and social engagement. - All aspects of support physically & emotionally and on an individual needs basis. - To continue providing high quality care, Home Caring require our Support Workers to have:_ - A **genuine passion **for working alongside individuals and their families to foster a positive and long-lasting relationship - Excellent communication skills and flexibility to support clients needs based on individual circumstances - A positive attitude strongly based on compassion and resilience, a sense of humour, and ongoing accountability - Qualification in Disability Care or equivalent experience - Fluent spoken English is essential - NDIS Worker Screening (yellow card) (required) - Blue Card (required) - Driver Licence (required) - Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (required) - CPR Certification (required) - First Aid Certification (required) - Current First Aid and CPR certificates - The right to work in Australia **Shifts available**: - Morning - Afternoon - Afternoon + Inactive Sleepover **About Us** As a rapidly growing business, we need exceptional people who can continue to grow with us.
