**The role**:
We are looking for a Payroll Officer with MicrOpay experience to join our team
We're looking for a new team member to join our payroll department on a part time basis (3 days per week). This is a hybrid role (our offices are based in Redfern, Sydney) and can be worked across flexible hours.
**You will support your team by**:
- Onboarding and offboarding starters and leavers
- Processing salaries, change of conditions, terminations, and incentive payments
- Reconciling employee leave entitlements as well as employee deductions including superannuation and payments to external parties
- Responding to internal and external stakeholder queries
- Maintaining confidentiality of payroll data with respect to privacy legislation
- Ensuring compliance with relevant Federal and State legislation
**About you**:
- Prior MicrOpay experience is essential
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
