**About you**:
Reporting to our ICT Helpdesk Team Leader, you are a true team player with a passion to grow your career in the ICT discipline. You are eager to join an environment where customer service and attention to detail is paramount. Using your excellent analytical and problem solving skills, you will handle multiple enquiries simultaneously across our organisational footprint.
You will have been exposed to all aspects of the discipline through your tertiary education and you are ready to put theory into practice. You will have exceptional customer service and communication skills, and the ability to represent yourself, the team and organisation in a professional manner at all times. Experience is advantageous although not required for this role - we are looking for someone with a strong desire to develop their career in ICT and grow within our team.

This is a 2-year fixed-term role and is part-time, ideally two-three days per week, to compliment your study schedule. The base salary for this role is between $60,000 and $65,000 pro rata for a part time equivalent (based upon experience and qualifications), plus superannuation. You will have access to generous salary packaging (including tax-free earnings).
