Laundy Hotels are seeking a hard working **kitchen hand** to join the team at **The** **Mona**, in the amazing Northern Beaches.

**The Mona** welcomes our laid-back surf culture, family fun, live music and good vibes all around. there are multiple kitchens running simultaneously, offering gastronomical pub classics, woodfired pizzas and baking.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As a Kitchen Hand, you will be responsible for:

- Assist with basic food preparation
- General cleanliness of the kitchen
- Washing dishes
- Maintaining kitchen compliance
