**The Company**:
Based in Brendale, we are recruiting for Service Desk Technicians to join our Service Desk team, providing 1st and 2nd level IT support

At Network Technologies Queensland you would be part of an innovative team striving to deliver our services and solutions for clients across a wide breadth of industries.

**Experience**

Ideally, you will have 2+ years work experience in a similar position.

**Essential Technical Requirements**:
Technically, you will have a minimum of 12 months commercial experience in a Service/Help Desk role. **Prior experience with an MSP **supporting any of the following technologies will be highly regarded:

- Desktop and Server Operating Systems
- Workstation (Laptop, Desktop, Mobility devices)
- Server (Physical and Virtual)
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Mail Servers, Office 365, Sharepoint
- General Networking (understanding of routers, switches, wireless)

**Essential Skills**:

- Ideally field experience and client facing history
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
- Excellent documentation skills including formatting and presentation
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem solve
- A solid work ethic and the desire to learn and develop
- Drivers License

**The Role**:

- Installing, supporting and maintaining desktops, notebooks and mobile devices
- Installing, supporting and maintaining server hardware and software infrastructure
- Remote and Onsite support
- Identifying appropriate components, hardware and software to be recommended to the client
- Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to customers
- Other projects and duties as assigned
