**About the Role**
We are seeking **dedicated and compassionate Support Workers** to join our team in providing high-quality, person-centred care to **elderly individuals**. In this rewarding role, you will support clients with **daily living activities**, promote **independence**, and contribute to their overall **wellbeing and comfort**.

You’ll work as part of a **collaborative care team** to deliver services that uphold dignity and respect while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with **personal care**, **mobility**, **hygiene**, and **daily routines**:

- Support residents during **meal times**, including basic preparation and feeding assistance
- Maintain **clean and hygienic living spaces**:

- Build **positive relationships** with residents and their families
- Follow **care plans** and report any changes in client needs or behaviour
- Ensure **safety and compliance** with aged care standards and protocols

- **Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent**:

- **Current First Aid & CPR Certificate**:

- **National Police Check (valid)**:

- **Driver’s Licence** and access to a **reliable vehicle**:

- **Legal right to work in Australia**
