**About the Role**

As **Gaming Floor Manager,** you’ll be responsible for the daily leadership of our gaming operations—ensuring compliance, motivating the team, and delivering exceptional customer service. With a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, you’ll champion responsible gambling practices, operational efficiency, and team development.

This is a hands-on leadership role that balances strategy with on-the-ground support. You’ll work collaboratively with front and back of house teams, troubleshoot issues, manage compliance reporting, and play a key role in improving processes and performance on the floor.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead, mentor and support the gaming team to deliver service excellence and operational consistency
- Oversee rosters, team performance, recruitment needs and training initiatives
- Monitor gaming performance, identify trends, and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with all gaming and workplace legislation, including AML/CTF and Responsible Gambling obligations
- Manage player support processes and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate across departments to support wider business objectives
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting to OLGR and internal stakeholders
- Promote a strong safety culture and WHS compliance across the team

**What You’ll Bring**
- Current QLD RSA/RSG & CLO certifications
- Current First Aid certification and National Police Check
- Proven experience in gaming floor operations and team leadership
- In-depth knowledge of relevant gaming legislation and compliance practices
- Excellent communication, reporting and problem-solving skills
- A strong focus on guest experience, staff development and continuous improvement
