Are you a great babysitter or nanny?

We are looking for babysitters and nannies to join our team who are blanket fort masters, creative crafty geniuses, outdoors explorers and imaginative story tellers

As part of your independent role within our team, you may provide care that could include (but not limited to):

- Casual babysitting (in the family’s home or accommodation)
- More regular support for families on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis in the Toowoomba Region
- Work as a team with one or more babysitters to create a fun play experience for group bookings of 3+ children in Hotels and Airbnb’s
- Support Aussie defence families (and all families alike) by babysitting for date nights, attending appointments child free and end of year functions
- Provide interactive care for weddings and private events as a team caring for 3-30 children ages birth
- 12 years

As a guardian for the children in your care you would be responsible for planning and providing fun, engaging and interactive play experiences based on each child’s interests and development level. You would support the routine of the family which may include; nappy changes, bath times, food preparations and helping children have a smooth transition through their evening routines depending on the needs of the family.

Your experience caring for children in the past, would show by your ability to manage each child’s unique routines, help little ones understanding big emotions, and being that step in big sibling when parents need to attend events, date nights or take time out to get those ‘adult tasks’ done child free.

On occasion you might be required to provide care as part of a team - for group babysitting bookings, weddings or events.

As an independent sole trader, you will be responsible for your own invoicing and ensuring your qualifications are up to date. With the flexibility to choose your hours and the families you work for, you are professional, time conscious and able to communicate with ease

**Salary**: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- childcare/babysitting: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
