Looking to make a real difference in students' lives? Join our team as an Enrolment Advisor at Curtin University and provide quality customer service to enhance the student experience.

As our Enrolment Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining student enrolments, while assisting with curriculum structures within our cutting-edge systems. From enrolment to completion, you'll be responsible for enabling student self-management for all courses offered at our Curtin Bentley and Kalgoorlie campuses, including online courses offered with Open Universities Australia.

We need someone who can provide high-quality customer service with a customer-first mentality, ensuring our students receive the correct, consistent and timely enrolment and curriculum information they need. You'll be the go-to person for managing and resolving student enquiries within agreed turnaround times, as well as updating and maintaining student and curriculum records accurately and confidentially.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a skilled problem-solver who can handle difficult situations with ease. You'll also need a compassionate approach to assisting students with enrolment issues and offering effective solutions to support them throughout their enrolment journey.
