**Overview**

Key responsibilities are:

- Managing the hospital switchboard and reception area
- creating, storing, retaining and disposing of resident records and contribute to the efficient resident management system
- Maintaining accurate data entry into the patient management system
- Developing and maintaining spreadsheets and Microsoft Office documents
- Proficient taking and typing of meeting minutes and agendas
- Performing general administrative duties

- Sound data entry skills and proficiency in computer software packages
