**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, driven individual to join our friendly ParentsNext team as ParentsNext Support Mentor on a full-time basis. This role will be from **Kogarah, NSW **office.

As a ParentsNext Support Mentor, you will work individually and face to face with parents coordinating and facilitating their access to and involvement in training, work preparation and community services.

**You will do this by**:

- Work with Parents to complete their required participation plan and organise activities for them as per their plan goals
- Deliver services geared towards career planning and support services by providing support on effective resume writing, interview strategies and employment preparedness
- Collaborate and network with potential educators, community networks, organisations and employers to seek out opportunities for entering or re-entering the workforce
- Remain outcome-focused in delivering results to the participants and the Asuria ParentsNext team
