**About the Role**

As a Casual Front of House, you are responsible for actively contribute to the experience patrons visiting the West Gippsland Arts Centre by providing a high standard of customer service, presentation of the venue and provision of food and beverage services as required.
Our Front of House Casual will contribute to the success of providing consistent, memorable and world class experiences to all stakeholders and the prioritisation of the health and safety of audiences and staff in the theatre.
Hours of work vary, as a large proportion of concerts and events are at night and on weekends.

Your skills and experience:

- Demonstrated ability to provide welcoming, friendly, focussed and flexible customer service.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably in the performing arts, events or hospitality industries.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct Ushers and Front of House Volunteers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Technicians, crews/artists representatives and centre staff to ensure performances are delivered to a high standard at all times.
- Availability to work rostered shifts Monday - Sunday between various hours.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA), or willingness to obtain one.
