Are you a passionate and qualified Support Worker with experience in **mental health** and **challenging behaviours**? Do you thrive in a team that values **consistency, empathy, and structure**?

We’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team, delivering high-quality care and **creating meaningful routines** for individuals with **complex mental health needs**.

**About the Role**

You will be working directly with participants in a **Supported Independent Living (SIL)** setting. Your role is to support participants to live safely, independently, and with purpose.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Supporting participants with complex mental health needs and behaviours of concern
- Establishing and maintaining structured daily routines
- Promoting emotional regulation and independence
- Personal care, community engagement, daily living skills
- Reporting, incident documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team

**Shifts & Availability**
- **6-8 hour shifts** available across:

- Day
- Afternoon
- Active & Inactive Night shifts
- **Rotating roster** - 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays

**What We’re Looking For**

Minimum 1-year experience with complex mental health or behavioural support
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Community Services, or Mental Health (or similar)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR
Working With Children Check (if applicable)
Ability to work across a rotating roster including nights and weekends
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Trauma-informed and person-centred practice
