We are excited to provide an opportunity for a Commercial Property Valuer to join our awesome team in Sydney. You will be part of the NSW & ACT Commercial Valuation team and be responsible for valuing a wide range of properties in the Sydney region primarily for mortgage security. You will have dedicated administration support to allow you to focus on providing your professional expertise in valuing commercial assets.

**Key tasks of the role**:

- Conducting commercial valuations and preparing high quality detailed reports within stipulated timeframes.
- Assessing current market activity and analysing comparable sales data.
- Building effective business relationships.
- Adhere to quality reporting standards and audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and maintain client relationships.

**Skills & Experience**
