**About The Role**

You’ll support people to live independently and safely in their own homes and communities. This hands-on role involves helping with daily tasks, personal care, and building meaningful connections - guided by care plans and supported by a great team.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
- Supporting with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing)
- Helping with medication, mobility, or rehab exercises _(as needed and with training)_
- Encourage community connection and personal goal achievement
- Communicate changes or concerns to coordinators
- Build respectful, professional relationships with clients
- We are looking for permanent part-time staff to support in the following areas:_ _Payneham, Magill, Golden Grove, Modbury, Kensington Gardens_

**About You**

We are looking for experienced mental health support workers with a great attitude, reliability and genuine care for others.

You’ll also bring:

- Cert 3 Individual Support or similar relevant qualification (1st/ 2nd year of RN degree)
- NDISWSC
- WWCC
- National Police Check
- Driver’s license and access to a roadworthy vehicle
- First Aid & CPR
- Italian speaking is a bonus
