Location: 6 Hassall Street, Parramatta, New South Wales 2150, Australia.

This position aims to provide robotic technical expertise and support to customers throughout the lifecycle of a product or service. He/She plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving technical issues, and optimizing the performance and functionality of the products or services offered by the company.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Help customers and partners optimize their design in the early stage of the project, in close coordination with Sales, customer, partner and the Application Team.
- Understand and analyze customer requirements concerning product/solution capabilities and specifications
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Develop, update and disseminate technical guides & tips to increase the knowledge and skill level of the sales force via company intranet and/or electronic newsletter
- Evaluate newly release product and develop/modify new product training kit or training material through coordination with Headquarter
- Support sales reps with on-site demonstration and programming for customers as needed

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/degree in Engineering discipline (Mechatronics/Electrical/Robotic)
- At least 5 years of working experience in technical field
- Strong technical knowledge in Robotic automation industry
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams
- Highly adaptable and flexible to adapt to changing technologies and environments
- Capable to collaborate closely with other functions
