We’re on the lookout for a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic **Support Worker** to assist an amazing individual who’s all about maintaining his independence while enjoying the good things in life If you’re someone who’s patient, a great communicator, and a safe, reliable driver with a fun-loving attitude, we want to hear from you Your own car with comprehensive insurance is a must.

The role will include assistance with housework, meal prep and community access.

Shift times are Wednesday **9:00am-3:00pm.**

Your key responsibilities & accountabilities:

- To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered
- Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
- Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Client’s needs
- Provide support to our Clients as required
- Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
- Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required
- Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients
- To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals

To be successful you must:

- Resonate with the role description above
- Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives
- Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
- Hold or be willing to obtain NDIS worker screening or yellow card
- Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.45 - $39.99 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
