Working collaboratively with clients and their support teams, On The Road Care strives to assist women achieve their health and wellbeing goals, whatever they may be

Our team provides support in….

  • General household management
  • Transportation assistance
  • Social and community participation
  • Clinical care and support
  • Personal hygiene care and assistance
  • Companionship and connecting with others
  • Further education in health and wellbeing areas
  • Liaising with allied health, support networks and loved ones to achieve client goals
  • Documenting relevant information to ensure continuity of care

Currently, we require all teams to have the following:

  • Minimum Cert III in relevant studies
  • First aid and CPR training (or be willing to obtain)
  • Yellow Card/ Blue Card (or be willing to obtain)
  • QLD drivers license + own vehicle
  • NDIS Workers Modules
