**As a Retail Manager, here’s what you’ll achieve**:

- You’ll help create backyard memories for local families and commercial partners, by providing advice on chemical & equipment solutions creating sparkling, clean, and chemically safe swimming pools
- You’ll market our industry-leading Poolwerx supplies to our clients, as well as merchandise and control our retail stock
- You’ll also think on your feet to resolve any challenges you may encounter and build strong relationships with your clients while you work independently
- You’ll take pride in your “retail office”, ensuring you meet WHS standards to keep yourself and those around you safe

**What you’ll bring**:

- You’ll need a current unrestricted drivers licence.
- You’ll also need to consent to a police clearance check if you don’t have one already.
- You’ll love working autonomously and take pride in managing your own client base.
- You’ll thrive in an environment where connection means business growth

Although we’d love you to have experience or knowledge of the pool and spa industry, we can teach you the rest if you have a learning attitude. What’s most important is that you’re self-motivated, good at thinking on your feet and you feel aligned with our values.
