Our client is a leading manufacturer of metal roofing, rainwater, fencing and structural products is seeking a reliable, focused and committed person to join our Accounts team at our Minto Branch. The successful applicant must have the ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a busy environment, have excellent communication skills and a professional manner.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Processing payments received
- Following up outstanding payments
- Investigating & processing customer claims
- Processing monthly Statements, Credit Account Applications
- Reconciling bank accounts (daily)
- Reconciling Cash Flow Spreadsheet (daily)
- Assisting our Payroll and Accts Payable Officer during busy periods

**Do you have**:

- Demonstrated computer skills in MS Office, (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Advanced knowledge of MYOB
- Sound knowledge of Xero
- Proven experience working autonomously
- a methodical and results driven approach
- Capable of working autonomously whilst respecting the dynamics of a team
- Attention to detail is a MUST
