**The Role**:
We are looking for a full time medical receptionist for our clinic in Caulfield.

The role is well suited to someone who has a reception experience - medical reception experience would be ideal, but not required.

Your main workload consisting of the following:

- Assisting and supporting our practitioners and clients
- Co-ordinating practitioner schedules
- Handling service enquiries
- Answering phone calls and taking client bookings
- Creating invoices and taking payments
- Administrative tasks like loading patients in to our clinical software.

In order to be successful in this role, you are required to have:

- Good organisational skills and work efficiency
- A friendly persona with good interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence
- A passion for health

Remuneration package will be based on experience. This Full Time role is for weekdays only, there will be no weekend work in this role.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
