**About the Role**
The Sunnyfield Café at Allambie Heights is a vibrant and inclusive space that provides an opportunity for people with disability to build their skills and capacity to make a difference. Our café provides employment opportunities for people with disability to deliver exceptional food, coffee and catering services from our café operations. As the Café Supervisor, you will play an essential role in the day to day operations of the café, supporting and empowering people and looking for innovative ways to expand on our services.

Key focus includes:

- Ensuring the café operates to required compliance standards in line with WHS, Safe Food Practices and NDIS policies and procedure
- Daily food preparation, coffee making, assistance with menu development and promotion of the café
- Actively train, develop and upskill supported employees within the café environment
- Stock management, record keeping and reporting
- Ensure processes are in place to maintain cleanliness and presentation of the kitchen and dining areas

**About You**
We are seeking a passionate, experienced and energetic Cafe Supervisor to manage Sunnyfield’s vibrant and inclusive onsite café in Allambie Heights. In this role, you will create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our staff and clients whilst effectively managing and monitoring the operations of the cafe. You will also be responsible for the training of supported clients within the café environment to teach them new skills. This is a unique role, an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities by providing them with meaningful employment opportunities. You will demonstrate:

- A passion for and previous experience in managing and operating a café
- Ability to support people with an intellectual and/or physical disability in a working environment
- Excellent customer service, time management and organisational skills
- Experience in food preparation and barista skills
- Strong knowledge of food handling and hygiene principles
