**Your role**
The Assistant Service Officer coordinates the day-to-day administration and master file data changes for the HR Shared Services (Payroll) Team.
**What you’ll do**
As Service Assistant, Shared Services you will:
- Prepare routine documents in word processing software, ensuring the timely delivery of accurate and well-presented information.
- Enter data into data bases and validate automated data capture ensuring the timely delivery of accurate entries.
- Scan, file and retrieve government records in the electronic document and record management system and the government repository following work instructions consistent with policy, procedures and legislation
Large team environment, high volume workload. Flexible work arrangements are available.
**What we’re looking for**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Display proven administrative experience in a previous role.
- Demonstrate a high attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrate an ability to work with mínimal supervision whilst prioritising own workload and managing competing deadlines.
- Capabilities collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of HR, learning and systems specialists, to support the system engagement and experience.
