**Your Impact**:

- Oversee daily village maintenance, ensuring resident satisfaction remains high
- Cultivate robust customer relationships and facilitate village maintenance
- Ensure a safe environment for all residents and staff members
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and happiness of our residents
- Contribute to maintaining our village's high standards and enhancing the quality of life for everyone in our community.
- Address maintenance requests promptly to ensure resident satisfaction
- Conduct thorough audits for safety

**What We Love About You**:

- Maintenance Experience: Previous experience preferred, ideally in retirement village, aged care, or community settings.
- Independence and Initiative: Ability to work autonomously, exercising discretion and initiative in duties.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to engage with residents and colleagues.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills
- Driver's License: Valid license required, along with passing a National Police check.
