This role will be reporting to the Manager - Spatial Solutions.

**About you**:
There are a few things we would like to see in your CV;
The ideal person will have substantial experience in providing spatial analysis and visualisation, developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of customers. You will have a degree in Geography, Geographic Information Management or Computer Science, along with experience in geographic information systems and data management products (ArcGIS & FME essential, Python is desirable). Your demonstrated ability to improve business processes or operations using spatial data and geographic information systems will ensure future success.

**Some of the things you’ll be doing include but not limited to**:

- Provide technical expertise in spatial data management and data services, geospatial reporting, analysis and representation of location information in a spatial environment to achieve required business outcomes
- Produce spatial, cartographic and 3D visualisation products to solve business problems via innovative solutions
- Develop, implement and maintain geospatial solutions to efficiently deliver business outcomes
- Design spatial data solutions and deliver spatial data products to meet the data needs of the business, it’s stakeholders and collaborating partners
- Deliver problem solving solutions by identifying the need, establishing scope of work and assessing impacts
- Provide advice and customer service on the use of GIS, spatial data management, location information to business units, capital projects and external partners
