**POSITION: Concrete Boom Pump Operator/Building Associate**

**LOCATION: Willing to relocate in Sydney, Australia**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise construction sites to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Assist in planning and organizing construction projects, including coordination of work programs.
- Interpret construction plans, regulations, and codes of practice to guide project execution.
- Inspect work and materials for compliance with specifications, regulations, and safety standards.
- Supervise construction sites to ensure smooth execution and project success.
- Knowledge and practicable ability to operate concrete boom pumps, line pumps, high-pressure trailer pumps, and tower booms.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- With AQF Degree or Advanced Diploma or Diploma for Building Associate and the likes;
- At least 5 years experience with high rise concrete pumping;
- Adequate level of English proficiency;
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site layouts, and construction drawings;
- Strong project management and problem solving skills;
- Strong understanding of rigging and dogging is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $61,998.14 - $73,150.00 per year
