**About the Role**:
As we continue to grow, we have an exciting new opportunity for highly motivated HSEQ Advisor to join our Sunshine West team. This is a full-time opportunity to support to the operations team.

**Position Description**:
**Key Accountabilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively work to deliver a qualitative approach that meets all HSE requirements
- Role model and champion expected safety behaviours
- Work closely with Operations team and Regional HSEQ Business Partner to deliver expected HSEQ outcomes in alignment with NPE HSEQ systems
- Coach and provide HSE training and technical support
- Report on and investigate HSE incidents
- Conduct internal audits and site audits
- Project site visits as required
- Assist branch operational HSEQ, training and induction requirements

**Skills/ Selection Criteria (qualifications & experience)**:
**Essential**
- Experience in a HSEQ position
- Current Driver’s License
- Certificate IV - Work Health and Safety (or working towards/significant work experience)
- Well-developed communication skills
- Team player with a safety-first approach
- Attention to detail and adaptable to changing work environments
- Ability to follow directions
- Willing to travel for work

**Desirable**
- Experience in the Rental, Mining, Construction or Heavy industries would be advantageous
- Construction White Card (or willing to obtain)
