**The Company**
Due to continued growth this Internationally recognised Top Tier Civil & Structural Consultancy is looking to acquire the services of an experienced Civil Engineers, Civil Desginers with a background in road and highway design. This company provides cutting edge design solutions across all major sectors Including Roads & Transport, Ports and Marine, Water, Defence, Renewables and Resources sectors. With an abundance of recent project wins this market leading outfit finds itself in the enviable position of picking the projects they work on.

**Your New Role**
The Civil Designer will be responsible for:

- Working in a team of roads and highways engineers/ designers/ drafters in our multidisciplinary office in Maroochydore or Brisbane. You'll plan and design road and civil infrastructure projects for our key clients including TMR, and major councils. The current workload includes major transport projects across South East Queensland.
- This role will involve general civil and road 3D modelling, manage teams, mentor young staff and deliver projects in consultation with Engineers and Project Managers.

**Selection Criteria**
- Industry experience with suitable academic qualifications
- Proven experience in managing small design/drafting teams
- Lead 12d modelling on road projects (TMR project experience is must).
- You will work alongside an exceptional multidisciplinary team of drafters, designers, engineers and project managers
- Sound technical knowledge of current industry standards including Austroads and TMR in road design
