Join our Third Party Care team as a Settlements Advisor where you'll negotiate costs, assess liability, and guide customers through claims.

Our Settlements team utilise strong communication skills to effectively negotiate, with other insurance companies, the best outcome on behalf of Youi clients.

**About the role**
- Onsite and full time, working Monday to Friday only
- Mitigate costs and negotiate with other Insurance Companies on behalf of Youi
- Liaise with Youi customers and other Insurers at various claim stages
- Gather information, review liability, and use road rules and legal precedents

**What we're looking for**
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Conflict resolution expertise with confidence
- Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
- Team player mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Knowledge of the insurance claims process is advantageous
- Previous experience in debt collection and/or paralegal is highly regarded
- Completed Youi’s 6-month probation period
