Systems Analyst

GV Signmakers, a leading signage manufacturing and installation business, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the improvement of our operational systems and support the efficiency of design, production, and installation processes across the company.

**About the Role**

As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and improving our current business processes and IT systems. You will work closely with management, production, and design teams to ensure that our workflows, customer order systems, and job-tracking solutions operate efficiently and support the growing demands of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse existing business processes, job-tracking tools, and IT systems to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Develop and implement system solutions that improve workflow across design, manufacturing, logistics, and installation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments to support technology investment decisions.
- Use process modelling, data flow analysis, and documentation methods to map and optimise workflows.
- Assist with the design, testing, and roll-out of new systems, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Maintain accurate system documentation, training materials, and user manuals.
- Act as a liaison between management, technical staff, and operational teams to ensure smooth communication and system integration.
- Provide advice on IT and business process strategies to support operational growth and efficiency.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 1 years of professional experience in systems analysis or business systems improvement.
- Strong knowledge of system analysis methodologies such as process modelling and data flow diagrams.
- Good understanding of system development life cycles, feasibility studies, and IT project management.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM or workflow/job-tracking systems (experience in manufacturing or service industries highly desirable).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into business language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
