**Building Leading Hand Required**

**Details of the position**
You will be the Leading Hand across a range of projects from warehouses to hi-rise residential construction sites, therefore our client is only looking for qualified Carpenters to fill the position.

Ideally, someone who has proven experience on commercial projects including doing new projects setups as well as doing defects and handovers for completed projects.

**Pay rates**
- **$43/hr + pens + travel**

**Duration** - Full time

**Location** - Projects throughout Sydney

**Hours** - 6:30am - 2:00pm, 8-10hr days depending

**In it for you?**
- Previous experience as a building leading hand
- **Experience on commercial projects** (highly regarded)
- Availability for full time and OT hours
- **Trade qualified Carpenter**:

- White Card
- Current Driver’s License
