Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience - Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role - Proven experience in business process services and data analysis - Experience in data-driven decision support - Proficiencies in data analytics and process mapping - A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: - Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus - Relevant certifications (e.g., Data Analytics Professional, Six Sigma Yellow Belt) a plus
