Are you a master of logistics, a communicator extraordinaire, and a champion of getting stuff done?? We're looking for a dynamic individual to take charge of our Point of Sale (POS) operations and field sales administration-someone who thrives on precision, collaboration, and driving performance in-store.

As Field Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our field sales operations-managing POS logistics, streamlining communication, and supporting our national sales teams with the tools and data they need to win in store every day.

**What You'll Do**:

- ; **POS Logistics & Vendor Management**: Oversee the end-to-end POS supply chain-from warehouse to store-while identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
- ; **Field Sales Communication & Planning**: Elevate execution standards by enabling seamless communication across FSMs, RSMs, contractors, and merchandisers.
- ; **CRM & Systems Integration**: Support the transition to automated planning tools on Salesforce CRM to boost field efficiency and retail performance.
- **; Sales Administration & Reporting**: Provide critical support for order processing, data collection, reporting, and activation planning across our field teams.

**What You Bring**:

- 2+ years' experience in a Field administration role (or similar), preferably within the Australian FMCG food industry
- Proven ability to provide administration support over geographically dispersed teams, including the development of business systems, processes and tools
- Solid experience and capability in stakeholder management, both internal & external
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Excel, and any CRM systems experience would be advantageous
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
- A growth mindset, agility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
