Job Title

Manager, Product Management - Digital and Innovation

Join our product and innovation team focused on digital payments and Click to Pay - Secure Remote Commerce. Drive the commercialization of industry standard e-commerce checkout related products and services. You will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and scaling products that will transform the online checkout value proposition for consumers, merchants, payment gateways/acquirers, and issuers.

Role:

- Drive the end-to-end product ownership in the market, focused on acceptance enablement of MDES, Token Connect, and Click to Pay.
- Development and execution of go-to-market strategy, focused on strategic scale, delivery, and customer experience.
- Manage issuer and acceptance pipeline/readiness on supporting MDES and Secure Remote Commerce, including market announcements and mandates
- Internal presentations including steerco reporting to senior stakeholders, product training and key updates
- External presentations including sales and implementation presentations, proposals, and business case development
- Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goals
- Participate in business conversations with key decision makers internally and externally
- Manage product roadmap and performance including monitoring and coordination with internal stakeholders to improve digitization and approval rates
- Supports and participates in post-launch reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into the feature

All About You:

- Passionate and knowledgeable about technology, innovation, payments, and digital commerce.
- Product management/development/owner knowledge or relevant industry experience
- Proficient knowledge of the payments landscape - preferably with background in technology, acceptance, digital and/or acquirer roles - with a keen eye on business needs.
- Ability to communicate to business stakeholders and technology teams, as well as ensure plans are in place/standards are adhered to.
- Experience in data analysis and communicating observations, findings and insights
- Supported teams across product lines, technologies, and industries, with experience in at least one type, technology, or industry
- Strong presentation and communication skills - confidence to credibly present to internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized and able to deal with multiple and competing priorities
- Business and technology, or relevant experience

It would also be great if:

- Knowledge and experience of working with retailers, payment service providers, payment gateways, or commerce platforms
- Knowledge and skills using product management tools, (e.g. market and product plans, project timelines, marketing research, pricing, business case development)
- Relevant experience in digital payments, ideally including experience working with Digital Wallets and online guest checkout.
- Technical background (e.g. Computer Science or related field) a plus
