**The Role**:

- As a Store Manager, your role is integral to your store's success.
- You will be a role model to your team, mentoring them to achieve their KPIs and goals, which will in turn elevate the store's performance.
- You will have access to our latest innovative sales technology, on-the-job coaching, and a continuous training structure that will guarantee success.
- Inspiring your team and our customers with your product knowledge and passion
- Creating a positive work environment focused on teamwork and collaboration, supported by a high-performance culture thanks to your regular feedback and coaching
- Managing the day-to-day operations of your store including rostering, financial performance, onboarding new starters, ad hoc training and other duties as required
- Embedding safety as part of your team's day-to-day, empowering them to proactively identify and mitigate risk

**You Will Have**:

- Have a proven sales track record and have completed sales training to become a true sales professional
- Are a top-level sales professional, not an order taker
- Motivated to close sales with a strong desire to earn commission
- Can show us that you are driven to succeed, optimistic, and love the art of selling
- Are immaculately presented, suitable for a high-end showroom environment
- Have a valid Drivers' Licence and access to your own vehicle
- Have a desire to train and develop a team
