**Mandatory Qualifications**:

- ** RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues)**: Required to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
- ** Approved Manager’s License**: Necessary for managing licensed areas and ensuring legal operation.
- ** RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)**: Essential for serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements.
- ** RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling)**: Required to oversee gambling activities in a responsible manner.
- ** CLO (Customer Liaison Officer) Certification**: Important for handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively, especially in a licensed venue.
