**Ray White Newcastle** are now seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team as a
**Property Manager**.

This role is Monday to Friday, no weekend work Plus enjoy a competitive remuneration package.

Previous property management experience is highly desired and advantageous. However, we strongly encourage anyone who has relevant and transferable skills to apply.

**Your duties will include**:

- Delivering exceptional customer service;
- Communicating with owners and tenants, including meeting onsite if required;
- Managing rental arrears;
- Negotiating lease renewals;
- Open homes as required;
- Routine inspections;
- Outgoing inspections;
- Maintenance requests;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
- Issuing breach notices as required; and
- Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions;

**To succeed in this role you'll have...**
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High levels of professionalism;
- Previous real estate experience;
- Previous client relationship or account management experience;
- A real estate licence, or certificate of registration;
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of PM software platforms; and
- A valid drivers licence.
