Hays is currently partnered with an Australian family-owned business who have been manufacturing food and beverage products for over five generations in Queensland, dating back to 1875. They are a reputation for quality products, exceptional service, and expertise in the food manufacturing industry.

**Your new role**

Joining the finance team of three, your duties will include:

- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Data entry
- Create new customer and supplier accounts
- Prepare and submit invoices to customers either electronically or by paper
- Creating purchase orders
- Verify packing slips against purchase orders.
- Process credit card payments, assist with bank transfers and assist accounting with account credit hold issues if needed.
- Maintain procurement records such as purchased items or services, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in an all-rounder accounts position
- High attention to detail
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Pronto experience (desired)

**What you’ll get in return**

You will have to opportunity to join a welcoming organisation on a temporary basis. You will work fulltime hours, 8:30am to 4:30pm. You will receive $35/hr.
