Early Careers Project Lead

**About the role**: We currently have an exciting, new opportunity for an Early Careers Project Lead to join our Early Careers team for 12 months. As part of the broader People and Performance team, you will be responsible for evaluating and analysing the effectiveness of Nova’s Graduate program. This will include identifying areas for improvement, as well as developing strategies and frameworks to create a more efficient, streamlined, and effective program. **What you will be involved in**: - Conducting comprehensive reviews of Nova’s graduate program to identify gaps, areas of strength, and opportunities for improvement - Analysing feedback from leaders, graduates, peers and other stakeholders to evaluate program efficacy - Benchmarking Nova’s graduate program against industry and best practices across the graduate employment market - Ensuring that Nova’s graduate program is aligned with the organisation’s strategy and values - Developing strategies to streamline the program, update or redesign program components to be more effective, and enhance program participant experience - Owning and managing the program schedule to ensure alignment to Nova’s requirements and graduates’ needs - Supporting the Early Careers team in the coordination and implementation of early careers events - Establishing frameworks and guidelines that support graduates’ success, engagement, retention, and career growth - Leading change management efforts by engaging with key stakeholders to facilitate implementation of any updates to the program - Developing and implementing the tools and artefacts that support the graduate program including documentation of key processes, marketing materials and program collateral - Determining graduate program success metrics,establish processes to monitor progress towards these metrics and identifying areas for improvement during and after implementation - Evaluating the success and return on investment of the new program andproviding ongoing support to ensure its continued success **What we expect from you**: - Experience successfully supporting and leading people-centric projects - Demonstrated ability to gather, analyse and leverage people focused data, for the purpose of strategic decision making - Strong communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver strategic and operational outcomes - Tertiary qualifications and/or experience working in Human Resources, Organisational Development or Learning and Development (desirable) **Life at Nova**: In addition to salary, you are supported with: - Flexible ways of working and dress for your day - Reward & Recognition Program offering exclusive discounts from hundreds of major retailers, helping you to save on groceries, petrol, holidays and more - Wellbeing Hub with access to health and fitness content - Employee Assistance Program for employees and family members - An inclusive and supportive culture - A range of other great benefits, just ask us To apply, submit your resume using the "upload resume" function in **PDF Format **(only). **Nova Systems does not accept any recruitment agency solicitation.** **Applications close Midnight Friday 28th of July.
